Each day you can join in something different. All the information and links you need are below, so let's get moving!

Start with a favourite! Your choice of 60 minutes of physical activity. Time to loosen up at the start of the week.
Suggestions include: Bike ride, walk or jog, sport (e.g kick a footy, shoot some hoops), swim, surf, skate, yoga, pilates or make your own PT session!
Take part in one of the sessions throughout the day involving online sessions, body weight exercises, core or the live fitness session at lunchtime!

Dadirri Sensory Nature Walk
Dadirri is all about taking time to listen and to be renewed. The Indigenous peoples of Australia have experienced dadirri for over 40,000 years. Spend time in silent awareness. Be silent and become aware of sounds, fragrances. Go for a walk in nature (if possible), technology free.
