EREA Apology
To Victims and Survivors of Sexual Abuse
St Joseph’s College affirms the National Apology of Edmund Rice Education Australia that acknowledges and apologises for the suffering of victims and survivors of sexual abuse by Christian Brothers, clergy and lay staff in our schools – abuse that has been reported and abuse that remains hidden. Because our schools are places where this abuse has occurred, it is right that we join together in solidarity with one another to take this action.
