2022 | Issue 3 | Westcourt Wellbeing: Andrew Smith Presentation

On Monday 7 March, Andrew Smith gave a presentation to our Westcourt Wellbeing Classes on his journey to the Olympics. The journey included the challenges of knock backs and rejections, but ultimately lead to the highlight of finishing his international Hockey career with an Olympic Bronze Medal. Andrew spoke of the experience and the people that have been heroes to him over the years.

This tied in well with the Hero, Hardship, Highlight culminating project for the Year 9 Wellbeing classes.

The students enjoyed the presentation and were excited to get the chance to hold an Olympic Medal!
