Students in Year 7 have been enjoying three days of fun and challenging activities at Lake Dewar Adventure Camp, Bacchus Marsh over the past two weeks. The outdoor-based activities included canoeing, mountain bike riding, rope challenges, bush walking, flying fox, stand up paddle boarding and survivor challenges like raft building. The students were guided through their activities by experienced YMCA camp leaders and all the boys were truly engaged in the outdoors. There were lots of opportunities to unleash their adventurous spirit and discover their full potential.
Well done to all the students on their efforts, encouragement of others, engagement and behaviour. Thank you to all SJC staff who attended the camps to ensure the students had a wonderful time with their peers.
