To apply for enrolment, please complete an Enrolment Application Form and return with the necessary attachments to the College Registrar. Late enrolments may be taken, however, depending on the number of places available, late applicants may be placed on a waiting list. The College does not hold entrance examinations.
Enrolments for Year 7
Enrolment for Year 7 opens in February of the year when a boy is in Grade 6 and closes in May. First round offers are made in June. Places are awarded using the College Enrolment Guidelines. Parents will be notified via email of the outcome of their enrolment. Families are encouraged to submit your enrolment before the closing date to avoid disappointment. If we receive more applications than available places, our Enrolment Guidelines will be followed.

Enrolments for Years 8 - 12
Enrolment for entry at Years 8 to 12 can be made at any time, however, limited places are available. Applicants will need to complete the Transfer Application Form which accompanies the Enrolment Form. Applicants will be contacted following the re-enrolment process regarding possible positions. Parents will be notified as places become available for these year levels.

Application forms for students wishing to enrol for the 2019 school year will be available for download from this website from February 2018.
Non Catholic Applicants
For non-Catholic applicants, the number of enrolment places available is determined by the number of applications received from Catholic applicants. If you are a non-Catholic family and have any special circumstances or concerns, please put these in writing and send with your Application for Enrolment.
St Joseph's College Geelong does not engage any agents within the context of the College's obligations under Section 21A of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000.

Students are expected to participate fully in the Curriculum Program of the College, which also includes:

- College Representative Teams (eg Music, Choir, ACC sport, etc)
